This iftar-meeting is the start of a new activity within Dream Agency: we want to pay attention to how to keep your well-being and mental health in difficult circumstances. The main target group are people who live in an asylum center.
After coming together and share an iftar-meal we will organise some talks and workshops about this theme. We want to talk with you and support you in a way that is helpful for you in the field of mental health. For example: how can you get or keep a positive mindset?, how can we support you in staying active,/ how can you deal with stress? and more.
This is the first of two information sessions (13 April there will be a second). After these sessions we will offer you activities answering your needs or individual coaching. At this moment we already provide activities such as walk-in-consultancy, yoga and group coaching (system dynamics).
